Dogly does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI-generated responses, emergency guidance, symptom explanations, recommendations, and health-related information provided through the Service are informational only and should not be considered professional medical advice.

• you use AI-generated information at your own risk.

Dogly reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue AI functionality at any time.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• all activity occurring under your account;
• ensuring your account information remains accurate and updated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Emergency Check feature provides AI-assisted urgency guidance based on user-submitted information. Emergency Check results:

• are not medical diagnoses;
• may be inaccurate;

Dogly is not responsible for actions taken based on Emergency Check results.

Dogly may display clinics, insurance providers, partner businesses, external websites, maps and navigation services. Dogly does not guarantee availability, quality, accuracy, licensing, pricing, or suitability of third-party providers. Interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party. Dogly is not responsible for third-party services, websites, or businesses.

Dogly may participate in affiliate or referral partnerships with third-party insurance providers or medical-related businesses. Dogly may receive commissions or compensation when users interact with affiliate links or purchase third-party products or services. Dogly does not act as an insurance broker, insurer, or financial advisor. Insurance-related information is provided by third-party providers.

Certain features may require a paid subscription ("Dogly Premium"). Subscription details, pricing, and features may change at any time. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable payment platform.

You agree not to:

• misuse the Service;

• upload malicious content;
• interfere with platform functionality;
